Pamela Laity has spent her entire career in the healthcare and emergency services industries. Beginning as the first female certified firefighter in the state of Michigan, to creating and running a state-of-the-art laboratory for a large family practice, healthcare has been the focus of her professional life.
After years of managing numerous practices, consulting for large healthcare organizations and creating a reputation for turning fledgling organizations into thriving businesses, Pamela co-founded TechniMed with her husband Robert on their passion for creating a great place to work and a great service for their clients.
In her free time Pamela sits on the board of the Within Reach Charitable Foundation, volunteers for her church’s soup kitchen and social justice committee, while spending time with her children, grandchildren and dogs.

Robert Laity began his career as a computer technician, self-taught; he worked under his best friend, Dr. Joseph Memminger, founder of Scientific Data Management. Robert’s hard work lead him to become Executive Vice President of SDM, while the company grew to a nationally recognized healthcare software company.
SDM was sold in 2000 and Robert began a small business of providing IT services to local healthcare providers that he had created relationships with over the last 25 years. In 2004 he combined his knowledge of technologies and IT services with his wife’s healthcare management acumen and founded TechniMed.
Robert treats his dogs like they are his children and spends free time up north fishing with his wife. Robert also sings in his church choir and loves playing poker.
